Not receving orered mobile even after 3 weeks

Sir,

i have orerd for one mobile thru india tiems shopping. on equiry they informed that they have couriered the product on 7th of nov. with way bill No.3500 00151. but the same is not delverd to me till date. On phone No. 3100 2222 of elbee i have tried to get the sttus but it is highlt regreetable that the your people are not reqponsive and even sometimes nobady lifts the phone evenafter 15 minutes. very sorry to say that this is causing lot of inconvenience. i have lodged complaint for this to indiatimes people aslo. please look into thge matter and arrange to delver the said product to the given address: L.K.S.Rao, B-304 M.S.E.B. Quarters, S.G.Barve Marg, next to Swastik Chambers-chembur, Mumbai-400 0071 PH:022/25292136, 922 322 4532.
