Non delivery of Nokia N82 mobile Phone

This is with regard to order no. 111986724 made on 14.10.09 on www.shopping.indiatimes.com for Nokia N82 Mobile Phone. I made the payment through internet banking from my IndusInd Bank account. The receipt of payment was confirmed by the company. On checking order status, I found that the order was shipped on 15.10.09 but I haven't received the product so far. I have contacted indiatimes customercare via all means, i.e phone, sms, email but got only one response via email on 27.10.09 saying that they would be calling back within 48 hours. Till date, I have received no call from them. I must admit that indiatimes customer care service is pathetic and I am very disappointed with such response from a reputed name like Indiatimes. I would recommend everybody not to making online shopping from indiatimes.
