Booking Cancellation refund not recieved

I tried to book Hotel in Agra on 10th of Nov but encountered error. Duing this, money was deducted (Rs. 2091 /-) from my HDFC Bank account and received no communication from you, then after.

I spoke to customer help desk on Novemebr 22 (Ticket No. 314176) and i was given the number 011-39843546.

I spoke to Mr. Vikram Yadav on 011-39843546 and he checked and confirmed the receipt and told the money will be deposited back within seven working days.

I tried to reach the same number for the last few days but there is no response.

It's March and still the money is not refunded.
