E-mail not working

The e-mail service has not been working for the last 4 days.

Every time I try accessing mails, I get a feedback that there is some maintenance work going on and the service shd be available by an 'x' time. This never happens - only the time gets potponed every time.

I work a lot ion this e-mail id and I am totally handicapped.

Worse, there is no response to the feedback, and neither is there a customer contact no. which for all products and services should be made mandatory.

I am totally disappointed and will now have to shift to a new e-mail id (besides of corse, taking the trouble of informing everyone of the change - some have been wondering why I am not responding).

So much for the indiatimes e-mail friendliness.
