I purchased a toy helicopter for 100 ruppees online at indiatimesshopping.com (order no. 1116 0 4 3 4 3 .). They did not deliver it for long time and when i wrote an email to them about it, after 2-3 weeks they cancelled the order without asking me. They have not returned the money back, rather they have offered a gift certificate. effectively, they want to keep money our money for free or they want us to buy unnecessary/worthless things from them.

I was deceived because the name of times of india newspaper is associated with them. Take these fraudsters to consumer court.
