India times shopping is one of worse and pathetic online shopping services I have come across.

I booked my order on 13th April and my bank account was debited immediately.

Order date: 13th April

Order amount : 324/- Rs

Product: Media cassettes (5 nos)

It is 11 days today and status in my account still shows "order verified".

I tried to reach customer care and spoke to them three times. Customer care is totally pathetic and does not deliver any information on why has the delivery been delayed.

I wrote email to escalations dept. and even they have not been able to resort the issues. The service is useless as they give only information which is available on my account online.

It is not able to give me answers as to why my order is delayed or by when will it be couriered.

One of the most pathetic services I have come across...

Will never shop over here again and advise the same to my friends also.
