Respected sir,

I Mr. Bapu Sangle purchase blackberry pearl 8100 mobile online from indiatimes shopping and make payment via my citibank credit card on 6th may purchase order no.111629982 when they send first time that mobile not charging that time i was give complaint. That time they told me send this product back via tnt courier again they send back that time mobile not getting on and again they told me send back via tnt courier. After four times they send me faulty mobile. And now last month from indiatimes shopping mr.sanju called me on 20th jun and told me with in six days we will refund your money. Everytime i call them their executive give me answer with in 3-4 days you get refund your money. Please help me to getting my refund money.
