Order not shipped even after 30 days

My name is Ankur Bisen. I placed an order with INDIATIMES SHOPPING on 9th of April details of which are as under:

Order No.111601294

Product: Whirlpool 310 ltr Refrigerator

Payment Mode: MICR Cheque

Amount: Rs.19, 200/-

The above amount has been debited from my bank account on 22nd April but even after that they have not shipped the above product. Since then, I had a tough time dealing with Indiatimes and kind of response I received with them is really disgusting.

I have called indiatimes customer care several times and each time they used to say that my order will be shipped within 2-3 days.

I have mailed them also, but there is no response till now.

On the whole I'm really irritated with the kind of service I received from them as my ordered product (Refrigerator) has not been delivered yet after paying well in advance. Almost 30 days has gone and I have already wasted a lot of time and money each time in making Icalls to Indiatimes Shopping Office.

Therefore, I'm writing this mail to take strict action against Indiatimes Shopping to please look into the matter and resolve the problem.

I will be very grateful to you if the problem will be resolved positively..
