For Cancelled order no refund provided

Dear Sir,

I had made a online purchase of Airtel Digital TV - DTH for Rs.940 through my Credit Card on Sept 7. Order number 111834328. However later they sent me a email, stating that the order was cancelled and you will get a refund in the way of gift certificate. After that till date I have not received a single Email from Indiatimes. I have sent them so many emails, but not a single reply. When I try to contact them through the customer care number, I get a fax tone. Please help me.
