Non refund of money against cancellation of orde

I ordered one baby laptop in the indiatimes shopping portal around 6 weeks back (order no111968670) and I did receive a mail against the order confirmation.

Within one week time I received another mail stating that the order has been cancelled due to Non serviceable and they will refund back the money in the form of GC within 48 hours.

In spite of repeated communication with the customer care of Indiatimes till now I didn't get back the refund.

This is a total negligence from there side and they used to harass customer like anything.

They should make arrangement so that customers can know about the serviceable places before ordering.

Now I don't know what to do next!

May I have to take legal action against them.
