Non Refund of money

I had booked an item at indiatimes shopping online on 10th March and payment was made thru credit card. Item was not delivered till 16th April which was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. Then I had cancelled the product purchase as the response from the cutomer care was also not prompt. Since now I didnot get any information about my return of amount. I made several calls to customer care, everytime I got the answer that my problem will be solved within 2 days. But it seems that these 2 days never finishes for them. My order no. 112251579 and complaint no. 191718.

Please stop purchasing from Indiatimes shopping and see that this will be closed soon because i had seen few more complaints with the same party
