Unable to log into ITBC website to claim

I have been an ITBC member for a while now. After receiving the "free gifts" offer, I tried repeatedly to log in at the website listed (http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/gifts.htm), using my Membership No. and Web ID listed on the Invoices received but, to date, have been unable to do so. How can any member avail of their free gifts, that too "within 60 days" of Invoice date, if he/she cannot access the ITBC website at all??? Further, the items ordered and listed on the Invoice are received much later than the Invoice Date so, is it fair to state "within 60 days of Invoice date"? Attempts to contact the concerned party via email and phone are also unsuccessful.

Is anybody at the so-called prestigious magazine INDIA TODAY even reading all the complaints at several websites which show up on Google?
