ABOUT ORDER

I have got an sms on 12/11 about a so-called Order no. 0GA080218736 (WHY MARS AND VENUS COLLIDE) with total order value of Rs 574 to be paid in cash on delivery.

The order is fake. I did not order it. Since it has not reached me as yet, I want the order to be cancelled IMMEDIATELY. I shall not pay for it if it arrives ar all.

2) The sms does not mention the mobile no. of the sender, i.e. ITBC). So I had to go through Google search engine to come to this site to lodge this complaint. I want this company ITBC to take note of this complaint and take URGENT action to stop sending the unknown book (s).
