Dear Sir,

My name is Gollakota Kameshwara Rao and my Membership number is - ITBC08506913. I have received the CD's worth Rs 2249/= in the month of November (maybe around 8th).

As per the instructions given in the letter enclosed with the CD's I have logged on and entered the details mentioned for which I have not received any message in my email nor through postal correspondence. Subsequently I have called ur office 4 times for the customer care and informed them of the delay in free gifts and they once again have taken the size of the shoes and other information required and informed that I will receive in 2 weeks.

Till date nothing has been received nor any information regarding has been passed onto me. I regert to inform of the poor quality of service even after putting it in the internet and calling ur customer service.
