Non receipt of Free Gift

For having purchased books/CDs I was offered free gifts and was advised to log on to the web sites http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm

& http://offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/offers.htm wherein I was directed to furnish requested details viz. Unique Code, ITBC Membership No, Invoice No & Email.

Despite of furnishing all details (Unique Code: 148639707A080212425, Membership No:.ITBC08616397, Invoice No: ORA080212425, Email: ACHARYA_ASHU@YAHOO.COM) the site is throwing the error please fill in correct details. The same was brought to their notice and I was advised to log in after 48 hours. Even after 48 hours despite of several attempts the result IS the same. I sent several mails to them including to their executives in this regard but I didn't hear any response from them. They are deceiving the members by prompting gifts offers.
