Free gifts not recvd

I took the India today book club Offer. I paid 574rs for 3 books which included free gifts such as Addidas Bag, Reebok Keychain and Wallet, Holiday Voucher for couples and free flight ticket for 6000rs but unfortunately i got nothing out of these gifts. I had got a form which i had fill and send to a company in bangalore to recv the flight tickets and i did that but no response yet. I also called the customer care but no one seems to have an answer for my question. I would really appreciate if u'll can do something abt this problem. Contact Number : 919987288898
