Watch not delievered

Hello!

I got an online ticket from IRCTC and applied for the offer of indiatodaybookclub. They said I have won 3301 rs. When i checked I found that they are offering a watch (swatch brand) worth rs 6300 for 3000 and also giving a free gift watch (of United colors of benetton) to me only. So I ordered for that.

But I received only one watch. I mailed to them but I have not received even any reply from their side

Can anybopdy help me.
