Unable to claim free gifts

I have paid an amount of Rs 2598/- for 7 DVDs. I have recieved the cds and one free gift. But not complete set as said in phone while purchasing. Invoice number ORA09004629. In the pack it is mentioned that i have to claim for the remaining gifts, But the website http://www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm is always saying "You have made incorrect entries. Kindly check and enter once again!!! ". I called customer care 5 times and every time it is said that the problem will be rectified in another one hour from yesterday. So far i dint find any progress. Request you to check once what the problem is and hhow to proceed further.
