Order not recieved/booked on 18/08

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have given an order from INDAI TODAY BOOK CLUB on 18/08 (, Order no: -0GA080195641/Membership no. ITBC08388362) through the internet and I make the payment through the credit card. The order include free giftt of Rs5000/- holiday voucher and adidas bootle. However till date I have not recieved my order from them. I have send lots of mail to them but there is no positive response from them. Hence I am requesting you to kindly lodge the complaint against them and please provide the necessary compensation as I suffered a lot due to this problem.
