No delivery of free gifts

It has been more than 4 months since i ordered 4 books to india today book club (itbc).altough the books have been delivered but the free gifts i.e. adidas bag and shoes have not been delivered.i have called itbc helpline several times but no effective response came from itbc.the cheque for the shoes have been cleared by itbc.
