Non-delivery of commited hoiday vouture

I had booked the order # OGA090002425 on 30th January and goods have delievered to me on 12th Feb. But no holiday assured vouture has been recd.by me.

After calling on cust care #, I was asked to log in http://www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm, but after doing it for several times it does not accept and says that these are incorrect entries.

this is a clear cheating to me and I had paid the cash against the order so I need my Rs 2499 back within 48 hrs at the most.
