Free gifts not received

I have purchased 16 CDs for Rs 2599/- from India today book club through internet. At the time of purchase it was informed that I would be getting free air ticket of Rs.7000/- and some other gift coupon. But the same has not been received. There is no response on tel 011- 40502424. what is this? this is supposed to be a reputed organisation. My details are as under,
