Keeps giving unwanted Blank calls. No one answers the calls also

Hi,

I got a mail saying i had won an offer of 3000/- off for a swatch watch. They asked me to provide my details to activate the offer. Once i completed this they never gave me the option to select the watch or register.

Now i am just getting blank calls from the number 911147531300. I doubt this might be a scam of collecting numbers and sell the phone list to others. Also the blank calls are really irritating as i have recd nearly 10 blank calls in 4 hours.
