INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB,

I have received a mail from your side for Reebok Fitness Kit and I tried to order online Web and while doing the payment I got "Server Error" and later I called on 40502424 and placed a order and paid through Credit Card on 16/01 for Rs: 3198.00 I waited for almost 25 days and later I called up and I been told that my ordered is not been processed and now it will be done. Later I been given a order No: M-COMMERCE/0GA090006527 on 14/02 and later on dated 21/02 the docket no : 43569689855 and when I checked in Blue Dart Courier site it showing me as " NUMBER NOT FOUND".

Till date I have not received my ordered materials and everytime called on above number & mail give us the same reply.

If I am not getting the materials in 01 weeks time I will be going to Consumer Court and Publishing in news channels also.
