ONLINE COMPLAINTS

Hi,

I got an email from India today book club on 20 Feb, wherein they mentioned that I have won a PRIVILEGE Voucher worth Rs 3000 in our computerised system of nomination through e-mail ids.

So I got a bit selfish and one of my friend pampered me to buy that. So I finally made a payment of rupees 2150 on 20th Feb to Living Media India Ltd. DELHI whose online reference no. is 74477489053009381698084.

Now after I booked it, The page which displayed the confirmation was not having the Order ID on it and neither the amount I have paid. And since then I am trying to contact those guys but no one is responding. I tried calling their phone nos. numerous times but either they don't even pick up or they put me on hold for 10-15 mins. And then they. "Sorry Sir, we are not able to find your reference".

I have given them my credit card statement which clearly says the money debited into their account. but there is literally no response from those guys.

So I will really suggest that you should never ever take anything from such guys, and if someone has got it I will consider them as Lucky, but remember everyone who is born, is not born with golden spoon. So this can happen to anyone.
