Not Received my Gift

I still haven't got the gift. I have been receiving the following feed back since february which is a s mentioned below.

With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that your order is came back to us and your order is re dispatch from our side which is now under processed but we ensure you that you will receive your parcel very soon from our side.

Which is very frustrating and irritating. I even spoke with a lady named miss Tripati, and she assured me that she would do the needful and it was in february and this is March end.

Please this is my last warning to India Today Book Club. Hereby no more mails after this.

You will get a Court notice soon with the amount of damage that u have caused me for this.
