Non receipt of Rebok shoes

I joined India today book club, and my ITBC.NO.Is08499026.Under this ITBCNO.I sent Rs.748/- by ICICI bank cheque in the month of December for supply of Adidas shoes. The item was suppose to supply within three weeks of time. But I have not received till today. In this Context I made a complaint by phone on 2-3-09 and sent several mails regarding non supply of shoes. All the times they replied with apology without any result. After paying the full amount in the month of December they could not solve the problem. I am very much disappointed rather to say fedup with the attitude of India today book club team, I have come to conclusion to approach the consumer forum as I have full documental evidences, if the matter is not settled within a period of one week.
