I had placed an order for a set of 12 educational CD's on 18th Jan'09 vide order No.7700013692.
to be delivered to my son Subhashish.
The order was collected by me on 13th Feb'09 vide the consignment sent by your VPP No.530443 against their invoice No. ORA 090000877 dated 20th Jan'09 for Rs.2499/-.
I had paid Rs.2649/- (Rs.2499 Rs.150).
The parcel was intact and sealed from outside.
On opening the parcel I found that the CD's were not properly packed and hence many of them were scratched and with external CD box broken.. These CD's also appeared to me as used one and not fresh. Most of the CD's were not sealed.

On finding the goods unacceptable, I had spoken to your customer care cell on 14th Feb'08. I was asked by your Mr. Anant Kumar Singh to send back the package in full (alongwith the free
gift of Reebok Track Suit).
I have couriering the complete set of 12 CD's and the Reebok Track Suit so that it can be replaced with fresh and usable CD's and New Track Suit (Large) on 19th February and has been received by ITBC on 20th Feb itself.
Till today nothing has been happening on the despatch of the goods I have have paid for. I am continuously getting mails of assurance. The call centre also continuously assuring me of their best services.
I was also assured that the courier charges incurred by me will be reimbursed by them.

Dear Mr. Sami,
Further to my numerous queries in your customer care centre I am yet to received any communication on what is happening to my order.
I have spoken to Dinesh Sawhney on 19th Feb'09, wherein I quoted the courier receipt which has been acknowledged at your end having received the consignment back. I was told it will take 14 days.
Since already more than 14 days have been over, I tried to get a feedback and called again today and spoke to Ankit. He also could not reply on the status and was not able to escalate it to the supervisor.
Please note I have sent the consignment back to you on 18th Feb'09 vide consignment No.640189105, Aramax Courier, and have acknowledgement from your side dated 19th Feb'09.
Please confirm the date by which I would receive the delivery of the consignment (12 CD's and Track Suit). I have already paid for the goods.
