Non receipt of free gift. Dysfunctional website

It is almost six months. I have not received the free gift. Claiming the gift was a harrowing experience. The website does not work. the Customer Care people are not at all cooperative. Why have such offers if you cant deliver your own commitments. All this appears to be a fraud
