Non delivery of ordered items

The service of India Today Book Club is appalling. I booked an order on 03/03 and was informed that I will get delivery of the goods within two weeks.

When 3 weeks had passed and there was no communication from ITBC, I called up the helpline number. The first agent just hung up on me!!

The second agent told me that the shipment was already handed over to Bluedart Courier and gave me a AWB number. When I checked the Bluedart website, the AWB number was not valid.

When I called up again after a week, the third agent told me that the shipment was not yet handed over to the courier. I asked for an email status of my order, which was never sent.

My experience is that ITBC is a bunch of liars and scamsters. BEWARE!!!
