Assured free gift of bag and t-shirt not received with purchase of cds

Hi

I purchased a sed of 3 cds with which i was promised a t-shirt worth 1400 and a bag worth 600 as assured free gift. Apart from this there was an opportunity to win additional prizes iin their sweepstake competition.

When i received my package, it only had the cds enclosed in it. The bag and the T-shirt were missing. When i called their call center number, i was told to put my unique code into their portal which i did. Still there was no mention of tee shirt and bag. I was told i have won a holiday package and return ticket. And for holiday package i have to pay 800 in advance!!! Even the flight ticket voucher is not mailed directly even though they have my address information where the cds were delivered. Why am i being asked to fill out another stupid form which merely asks my address again! It all stinks like a sham.

First of all i want my assured gifts. once i get them only then will i decide if i want to avail their holiday package or not. i am happy to get flight tickets provided they send it directly without complicating the scenario and confusing the customer by making him go round and round in circles!
