I had Placed an order No. 7700002424 of 7 DVDs worth RS.2598 on 17th of Dec. 2008 and was given assurance of getting the order along with free gift of Holiday Tour and 1 Branded Watch within 7-10 days. I had made the payment via Credit Card, but till date I have not received my order. Find below the details of follow ups I have made,
