I am a senior citizen, just retired from a PSU. After watching a advertisement in website regarding Reebok Shoes in cheaper price, I immediately paid Rs.2198/- through my HDFC debit card on 21st. March'09. They have only mentioned my order number as OGA090021708.They were supposed to deliver the goods within a week. They never pickup customer desk phone, and therefore, so many Email msgs I sent, every time the reply " it is under process ".

The correspondences are attached herewith

YOU HAVE ALREADY SNATCHED MY HARD EARNING MONEY (Rs.2198/-) THROUGH MY HDFC BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD ON 21ST MARCH'09 FOR SELLING ME ONE PAIR OF REEBOK(#8 SIZE) SHOES WITH A FREE VERY GOOD QUALITY SUN GLASS. I DO NOT KNOW, WHETHER YOU HAVE ALREADY DIGESTED MY MONEY.HOWEVER, IF WITHIN 3/4 DAYS I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ITEMS, I HAVE TO MOVE TO GOVT. OF INDIA CONSUMER FORUM WITH ALL YOUR E-MAIL MSGS. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF FORGERY, I FEEL.
