NON RECEIPT OF FREE GIFT

I had taken delivery of 16 CD pack parcel on 4.4.2009 against the payment of Rs 1099 as per invoice, whereas, as per offer made, I have not received the free gift offered spectacle worth of Rs 3000/= along with the CD pack received. The letter says to claim the same by way of submitting the invoice no. For your immediate reference, the details are follows: Invoice no. ORA090043699 dt 24.3. against the order no. OGA 090045623 dt 24.3 .2009..To lodge my claim for offered free gifts on their given web http:// offers.indiatodaybookclub.com/greatoffers.htm it was not available and anotherweb www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm which is also not available.

Such a reputed company can play like this with masses is realy a matter of surprise.
