Non receipt of Rebok shoes

Under my ITBC.NO.08499026 I paid Rs.748 by ICICI bank cheque in the month of December. Till now I have not received my shoes. Several complaints were made to them. Every time I received reply stating that my complaint was farwarded to the concern department and the item willbe sent soon, along with apology. Like this they have beenpostponing the matter without sending the shoes. I am really fedup with their attitude. Please tell me what to do in this regard.
