Not returning my money back

I ordered for the rebok fitness kit by seeing the mail received from promotional offers from irctc through india today book club.

I have ordered for one set of fitness kit and i paid through my credit card. The very next day i got a call from india today book club that my process in bill payment threw online has not completed and so they asked me to do the bill payment by IVR. So again i given my details in the IVR for making payment.

That day i noticed that the amount of rupees 3198 has been detected twice from my account for one single order. I received two orders instead of one.

After inquiry with your customer care i have sent back the extra order to India today book club, Delhi on 05/02 .

I received confirmation message to my mobile from india today book club stating my order has returned back to india today book club.

Each and every time i call them they just manage to pass time saying they are checking that this etc...

they are trying to cheat...
