Havnt received the order more than 2 months

I had placed an order 2 months back, have paid Rs. 2800 for the order and they have told us that ill get the gift within 2 weeks and now its more than 2 months, they are just playing around giving wrong information, doing nothing. everybody have same lines to speak as only 4 lines are given to them to speak in their training. when i have placed the order on 15 feb they have told me that ill get within 2 weeks, when i haven't received it more than 2 weeks i have given them a call they s=told me that their is no order like this and i haven't placed any order. then i have send them my credit card statement more then 3 times & there was no response till now. Then have reordered my gift on 22 march and again assured me that ill get me gift within a week & now its more that 2 weeks. there is no response from there side.

It was very bad experience with TIMES OF INDIA BOOK CLUB. they just wasting money & our time.

I HOPE COMPLAINTS FORM WILL HELP ME TO GET ME ORDER.
