Free gift not received as assured

I was assured a free gift of adidas bag and I have not received so far. When called their helpline they told me to get it from www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm, but there is no such website at all. Please consider this complaint and take action on them, so that no other one become fool by applying to this company.
