I ordered a set of 8 CDs with free gift of a Reebok T-Shirt of cost Rs. 1499 and an Adidas bag of Rs. 699 under order no. OGA090021896 dated 21-March.
They send me the set of CDs but not the free gifts.
The Invoice No. is ORAG90021782, membership no. ITBC09953475 .
I punched the required data at their website on 7th April but till today i have not received any gifts.
When I talk to customer care which is always busy they say ' Our System is not updated'.
