Non reveicing of reebok shoes

From past 4 months iam make calls to c.care of itbc regarding my free gift, many a excutives have word with me about my free gift. Till the date i have not recevied it. I think ITBC is the fraud company. I have spoken to supervisor mr. jeetendra thakur regarding this he gave me the assurence that my gift would get me within 7 days this conversation was made in last month. after this i called up for mr justin fernandis he too gave me the same, & he was to send me a email which i didnt recevied till today. As indian consumer complaints forum u look to this or else i am going to take a help of press & tv channels as i my working with star tv it wont be any problem to me.
