I have not received Reebok shoes and Benetton watch even after one month

I had ordered for reebok shoe and benetton watch (Order no TELESALES/0GA090025840) more than a month ago and paid the amount through credit card, and I am still awaiting for any response regarding dispatch detail. Every time I send mail, I get response that your order is on way and you will receive within 7-10 days. Please let me know what I am supposed to do in this case.
