Dear Sir,

I have booked my order for 7 Gatha CD under various gift and I have made the payment through my credit card on 10.12.2008 and I got only 7 Gatha CD only and no gift has been attached with this pack of CD's. I ultimately request for the gift and no action has been taken till 20.2.09 and ultimately I returned their pack of 7 Gatha CD and demanded for refund of my money. The company acknowledged and also ensure me for the refund of my money of Rs.2598/-. Sir every time I got one answer that my refund is in process and will be delivered to you within a week. But I did not receive anything till now inspite of my various reminder through email and by phone. Now I become frastrated and only because of this reason there is lot of distubance in my family. Pl take the necessary action to recover the amount alongwith interest and conpensation as you fit.
