India Today Book Club
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED AGAINST PAYMENT

India Today Book Club is frauding people by taking money in advance and not providing items against their payment. I have ordered Reebok Shoes & Bennetton Watch after paying Rs.2198 in advance by credit card on 15th March. I have spoken to the customer care many times about status of my order but every time they told me that we are going to dispatch your order on this monday. They are having this standard reply everytime i call them. Either they disconnect my call or repeat the same thing. I have written many mails regarding this but no answer is there. I told them to cancel my order but they r not doing this also. So i am not able to understand what i should do??

It is such a big reputated group but it is doing fraud on his name. There must be some punishment for this. If anybody knows the way please tell me
