Order delivery failed on given time period

I have ordered for one item to india today book club on dtd 29.03.2009 the payment has been made through cerdit card and got the confirmation through mail as well as SMS, that the order has been placed and the same would be delivered to me within 2-3 weeks.

Now almost 1 month has passed and the said company is yet to fulfill its commitment.

When i inquired for the same via mail and contact number available, each time i received the same reply " your order has already been processed and we would dispatch it to you very soon".

Even today also i have been told the same thing when i called up the book club no,

It seems that the management is not able to control/manage the e-marketing business.

Further i request to take necessary action agianst the company for playing with the emmotion of the persons and hard earned money as well. As i ordered the item worth Rs.2198/- to give as a gift to my relative on a very special occassion.
