Non receipt of ordered/ paid product

Dear Sir,

I have ordered on line for a pack of CD's Encyclopedia on 29th August and paid the amount of Rs. 574/00 by credit card. Though I recd confirmation that the order will be processed in 4 to 5 weeks time and delivered at the given address no delivery has been made to me even after 8 months. I continue to be flooded with e mails and SMS for more such fake offers every day. I have tried to contact the company and lodged complaint but every time they say that it will be delivered in 10 days.

The order NO as given by them is OGA080119126

How can I get back my money and what penal action can be taken against the company. Can u pls let me know how my grievance can be settled.
