Delivery Mismatch and no willingless to refund

Dear All

I have ordered a a Swatch Irony Crono on Jan 28th, but Indian today book club has delivered different much cheaper model. When I complained they told me to return the delivery and they will send replacement, which I did as requested. I am constantly following up with them but not able to get items delivered. Finally they agreed to cancel the order. Now for last 15 days I am playing mail tags with them with no results.

On the request I have provided them credit card statement stating the transaction, still no fruits.

I think they have no intention to return the money.

Please suggest what should I do to resolve this issue.
