Two items missing

I have recd. offer from indiatoday bookclub for Reebok kit containing 6 items on my mobile on 25th march. i had accepted the offer and through credit card i paid the amount Rs.2, 998.My order No. is 110016573. offers was given by some Mr. Sahid from indiatoday bookclub.

After long follow-up on 04.05.2009 i have received only four (4) items instead of six (as Promised at the time of offer). I have recd. T-shirt, short pant, socks & shoes.

at the time of offer i was told that other than above four items i will get Reebok travelling bag and Towel. Today I have longed my complain on their helpline no.(011 4050 2424) also.(Compalin no.is 91104), even send e'mail also.
