NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY

Dear Sir,

I have never came accross of such an Organisation called ITBC.I had deposited Rs.3199/since February'2009 towards the cost of Swatch Watch offered by ITBC.Since then neither they have deliverred the goods nor they are refunding my money. Few days back I have received a mail indicating my refund is under process, but till today I have not received back my money. Its fraud Organisation cheating people. Some steps must be taken by your Organisation towards awareness amongst the people to discourge the ITBC offer. Whatever they are claiming they are not fulfilling the same.
