Provided Incorrect Information about Free Hoilday Vouche

Hi,

I have complaint about below Order (Order No. 7770005893).

When I have booked this order that time Customer Care promise me that “I will get 3 days/2 nights Holiday Voucher for Mahabalewar Hotel”

I have sent mail for Confirmation and also acknowledgment of Confirmation (Please refer below mail dated on Wednesday, April 22 10:53 AM send by Anand Somani and Acknowledgement Mail dated on April 27 11:44 AM sent by Sushil Kumar)

I have received the Order but in Team & Condition for Holiday Voucher, it’s mention that “The FREE Holiday Voucher would entitle a 3 days/2 nights stay only for 2 adults and one child below the age of 5 years* at any one of the 27 Indian destinations listed in the promotional material.(*This offer is not valid for Mahabaleshwar, Lonavla, Matheran, Ganpatipule, Puri, Daman and Ooty).”.

I have called to Customer Care and ask them about this and they told me you can cancel this order.

Can you please check this and let me know as soon as possible? Or Let me know process of Cancellation of Order? And Cancel this order.
