Defective UCB watch not replaced

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a Swatch watch along with a free UCB watch Order No. 0FA080030832 Invoice No. GFA090000137 dated Jan 6.

On receiving the parcel the UCB watch was found defective so I sentit back to you on Jan 22

and the same was received by your office On 24-1.

On 9-2-09 I talked to Mr. Adil and he told me that the watch will be delivered within a week but it

was not delivered.

Again on 7-3-09 Mr Adil gave me the same assurance. After waiting for more than one month, I contacted your office on 16-4-09 day and talked to Ms Pooja. She gave me assurance that you

will receive the watch within one week, nothing happened.

Today when I contacted your office Mr. Pose was on line and he told me there was some problem in our office so all the dispatches were stoped for the last three months so I will receive the watch

After 15 days.

I think they are just fooling people by grabing their hard earned money.
